This is a great idea because then we can strategize on making sure the property shows at its best!

If you’ve watched HGTV, then you’ve probably heard of the term “staging." In real estate, staging simply means making the property appeal to as many potential buyers as possible. This usually is a combination of cleaning, repair, un-cluttering, and other things that maximize the curb appeal.
